Each registered player is permitted to hold one account only. You must not share your account credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your bbetb account. bbetb will treat all activity conducted through an account as the actions of the registered account holder, regardless of who actually performed the actions. The following account security obligations apply to all registered players:

• Choose a password that is strong, unique, and not used for any other online platform or service.
• Do not write your password down or share it with family members, friends, or third parties, including anyone claiming to represent bbetb support via social media or messaging applications.
• Log out of your bbetb account after each session, particularly if you are using a shared or public device.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, that are published alongside each individual promotion. They are not entitlements, and no player has a right to receive any specific bonus or promotion. bbetb's decisions regarding bonus eligibility, wagering calculations, and promotional disputes are final, subject to bbetb's standard complaints resolution process.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbetb Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players for the purpose of manipulating betting markets or game results.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or support interaction.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to obtain funds, credits, or an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbetb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, even if bbetb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bbetb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bbetb account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other type of liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. By using the Platform you submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any such disputes. Nothing in this clause shall limit bbetb's right to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrently or not.
